Yes, your Aircon is an investment and to maintain its warranty and ensure it operates, as required, regular servicing is necessary.  However, please note Separate Service charges apply and are not included in the initial purchasing and/or installation price unless a service contract has been taken out with the initial installation and/or purchase.

Air conditioners need to be serviced in intervals of three months or six months from date of installation / purchase.  Should we have not installed your air conditioning or you have not taken out a service contract with ourselves, we will gladly service it but please note we are not responsible for any installation fault or manufacture warranty whatsoever.  In addition, all power points to the air conditioner needs to have been installed by an Approved electrician.  Customers are responsible to schedule services on due periods.  Air conditioners to be correctly sized according to Room / office m² size and any extra heating /cooling loads.
